Capacity Building with Sikerei

The Lektura team had carried out a capacity building program for customary leaders (Sikerei) who still maintain the culture and beliefs in their traditional rituals. This program was held on Monday, August 9, 2022 in Matotonan village, a deepest village which can only be reached by boat for 3 hours to meet the indigenous Mentawai people in Siberut island.  This event was attended by 12 people (consisting of 7 sikerei and 5 sikerei’s helpers)
